responsibilities:
/h3 ul liAnticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards; /li liAnticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints; /li liCooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development; /li liManage staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures; /li liMaintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.br/ /li /ul ul liMinimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry; /li liEffective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability; /li liCollaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others; /li liDrive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them; /li liGlobal perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background; /li liBe capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Restaurant Manager’s instructions; /li liFluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable; /li liExperience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required; /li liExceptional customer service skills; /li liProfessional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian International wines HACCP certification. /li /ul ul liWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
