Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting the CEO’s Executive Assistant Office in daily business activities.

How you will contribute

Office Management:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Supporting team meetings

Travel & Expense Management:

  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Monitoring costs, overseeing invoice management and maintaining effective relationships with external vendors and suppliers
  • Management of expense reports

Reporting and Presentations:

  • Supporting weekly reporting activities
  • Supporting presentation preparation in English
  • Special Project Support:
  • Supporting the organization and execution of specific projects and activities.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Full proficiency in English (French will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Travel management skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm
  • Dynamism, focus on results
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • High degree of flexibility and availability to support business needs.
