InPost Italy is seeking a highly organized Service Desk Specialist to join our Italian APM Operations Service. You will dispatch maintenance and repair orders, monitor ETA and SLA, and ensure timely action to keep operations running smoothly.
You will coordinate with internal and external teams, document actions, and drive continuous improvement to prevent delays. Fluency in English and native Italian are expected, with strong multitasking and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
