Marketing & Events Associate (Full Time Remote EU) Ikerian AG (formerly RetinAI Medical) is a fast-growing medical device software company headquartered in Bern, Switzerland. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Associate to boost our presence at key conferences while driving digital engagement. In this role, you'll handle the logistical organization and execution of events and promote our participation. Event Planning & Execution Manage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support, and hotel bookings Assist with conference & event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activities Travel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrations Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiries Ensure timely and effective internal communication with all stakeholders Help coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teams Support the Marketing team in online event planning initiatives Digital Marketing Manage event-related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferences Support social media channels, including content creation, posting, and reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter Help promote the company's expertise through insightful content and strategic marketing efforts Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and project delivery Contribute to team meetings with insights to optimize processes and marketing strategies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years experience in marketing and conferences management Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle last‐minute requests and rush prior to conferences Eager to work in a fast‐paced environment, striving for excellence in everything we do, with a team driven by shaping the future of eye care (Experience in a start‐up is a plus) Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development in an international setting A culture of collaboration and inclusion, which is fundamental to our ethos Occasional travel to our HQ in Switzerland, immersing you in our core operations and company culture We invite qualified candidates eager to make a difference in healthcare technology to apply
