HiPay, the Italian office, seeks a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality payments solutions.
You will guide pre-sales consulting, recommend best practices for integrations, manage onboarding projects, and lead technical workshops with clients, coordinating closely with local issuers, acquirers and partners to support testing and delivery.
