Electrical Engineer

Anywhere up to €80'000 + Overseas Allowance + Sole Accommodation + Flights + Travel + Rotations Electrical Engineers (x2) – Milan, Italy An opportunity to work on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects, alongside a market-leading European contractor with a strong long‐term pipeline and clear career progression. I'm currently supporting a specialist data centre delivery partner who is expanding their on‐site engineering team and is looking to appoint two Electrical Engineers for a major project in Milan. These are site‐based roles offering exposure to complex, high‐value electrical systems within a technically demanding environment. You'll work closely with electrical subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure safe, compliant, and high‐quality delivery in line with programme requirements. The role will involve:

• Coordinating and reviewing electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Supporting electrical design development and on‐site installation activities
• Managing and guiding subcontractor teams on technical matters
• Ensuring compliance with project standards, governance, and health & safety requirements
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions
• Managing document control, test packs, and system handover documentation
• Promoting strong housekeeping and safety behaviours across site They're keen to speak with candidates who bring:
• A relevant electrical qualification (Degree or equivalent)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment
• Experience on data centre or large‐scale mission‐critical projects (advantageous)
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
