CNC Machine shop supervisor

The Machine Shop Supervisor has the following objectives: Monitoring the progress of the production schedule, respecting productivity, the correct application of quality controls and scrap trend Facilitating the onboarding of new associates and their training Training, experience and skills Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferres) Previous experience in the role and in machine shops production planning Knowledge of turning and milling processes on CNC machines Knowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments (gauge, micrometer, etc.) Ability to write reports and technical documents Proficiency in oral and written English – B2 minimum level
