- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Overview You lead a development team to deliver finished products in line with the product plan, regulatory requirements, and Groupe SEB quality standards. You shape the product roadmap within the BU and Group strategy, drive performance and budget management, and foster cross-functional collaboration. You oversee risk analysis, patent filing, and continuous improvement to optimize outcomes. This role combines leadership, technical know‐how, and strategic alignment to bring innovative products to market. Responsabilità Manage team activity to ensure product development per plan and process Contribute to product roadmap within BU and Group strategy Set and achieve objectives for the team Ensure work standards and process adherence Identify improvement areas to optimize team performance Foster team dynamics through communication, training, feedback and interviews Manage and optimize team budget and resources Communicate management decisions and priorities Maintain technological monitoring and contribute to patent filings Analyze competitive environment and market needs Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (min 6 years) Project management and quality experience with risk analysis Mechanics, materials, and physical measurements knowledge Strong interpersonal and networking skills; ability to work in teams and networks Fluent English; Italian as a plus Ability to work in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments Autonomous, rigorous, organized; capable of uniting a team toward goals Ability to synthesize information and present clearly Experience with development processes (EPO) and regulatory compliance leadership communication team collaboration mechanics and materials knowledge risk analysis patent filing and intellectual property awareness
