Overview In this role you drive product development programs within a multi-project, matrix environment, shaping cross-functional plans and milestones. You will monitor progress, analyze deviations, and support recovery actions to meet launches on time. You collaborate across departments to coordinate new product development and launch activities, feeding progress updates and forecasts to leadership. Retribuzione / Benefits international exposure Plan and manage multi-project development programs in a matrix setting Coordinate cross-functional activities for new product development and launches Collect and update cross-functional project progress across development stages Produce control reports for timing monitoring and forecasting Knowledge of product development processes and structured approaches Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Primavera, SmartSheet, MS Project) Experience with ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill) Familiarity with company processes involving technical information Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Good English Primavera MS Project
