Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Vimercate as Commercial Excellence Trainee.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Collaborate, coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement, digital solutions for sales teams etc.
• Process and analyze data with critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth, develop dashboards.
• Provide general support to other projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Power BI.
• Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
• Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skill.
• High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
• Available for a full-time Apprentice

Compensation Range

The annual pay range for this position is 29000-31000 EUR.
