Senior Machine Learning Developer

Overview In this Senior ML Engineer role at NTT DATA, you collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on advanced Generative AI initiatives. You apply hands-on GenAI capabilities in Azure/GCP and on-prem architectures, with strong MLOps focus. You tackle classification, retrieval, clustering, and optimization challenges while building scalable data pipelines and contributing to end-to-end model development and deployment. You identify opportunities and lead multiple projects, mentoring ML Engineers and engaging stakeholders to deliver impactful, production-grade solutions. Responsabilità Apply Generative AI capabilities in cloud and on-prem environments Develop and validate ML models and implement production deployment Design and build scalable data pipelines from experiments to production Identify business opportunities and drive ML initiatives Lead ML Engineers and coordinate multiple projects Engage with stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of production experience in Data Science or Software Engineering ~6–12 months of Generative AI deployment experience ~ Vector database knowledge appreciated ~ Understanding of data structures and software architecture ~ Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Scala, Java, C++) ~ Experience building infrastructure for data scientists and ML practitioners ~ Strong knowledge of Spark/Databricks (plus) ~ Experience deploying ML solutions on public cloud platforms and cross-cloud with Snowflake knowledge (plus) ~ Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, Keras) ~ Ability to design production ML pipelines and MLops practices (CI/CD, containerization) ~ Experience mentoring juniors and building client relationships ~ strong communication ~ leadership and mentoring ~ stakeholder management ~ Generative AI deployment ~ Azure/GCP and on-prem GenAI architectures ~ MLOps, CI/CD, containerization
