Overview In this role you contribute to client engagements within McKinsey's Operations Excellence Program. You will help identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. You gain leading-edge operations and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching complemented by structured capability-building. The program offers broad exposure to industries and operations service lines, plus formal training in areas like manufacturing, product development, and supply chain.
