Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and styling advice Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Process transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with stock management, inventory, and replenishment Stay up to date with the brand's collections, trends, and brand story Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets Who You Are Passionate about luxury fashion and retail Previous experience in high-end retail or hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
