Expediter Monitor the progress status of supplier orders and follow up on deliveries, communicating any delays to the relevant departments. Contact suppliers to ensure that all purchase orders have been received and that deliveries are completed within the expected timelines. Maintain constant communication with suppliers and shipping companies throughout the delivery process. Promptly inform project management teams if a critical delivery is expected to be delayed. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues that could delay critical shipments. Degree or diploma in a technical field. At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Purchasing environments. English proficiency at C1 level. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes. Negotiation and mediation skills.
