Sales Planning Executive

ppThe Sales Manager will drive sustainable sales growth for Helvar across Italy and Slovenia by developing the specification market supporting the partner network, and strengthening Helvar's brand presence in the region. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities, influencing key stakeholders (consultants, end-users, contractors), and enabling partners to win projects with Helvar solutions. /ph3What we would like you to bring to the table: /h3ulliStrong sales experience in lighting controls, lighting, building automation, or smart-building technology. /liliProven ability to develop new business and manage partners or channels. /liliStrong technical and commercial understanding of lighting-control systems. /liliHigh energy, ownership, and ability to work independently in the field. /liliNative-level Italian; fluent English (written and spoken). /liliStructured, disciplined use of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliExperience with DALI-2, wireless controls, hybrid solutions, IoT-based building systems. /li /ulh3What our Sales Manager in Italy and Slovenia will do for us: /h3h3Partner Network Support /h3ulliManage and support existing Helvar partners to increase sales performance, capabilities, and market reach. Conduct regular partner business reviews covering pipeline, forecast, training needs, marketing activities, and must-win projects. /liliEnsure partners follow Helvar best practices, brand guidelines, and commercial frameworks. /liliProvide training, coaching, and technical-commercial support to improve partner self-sufficiency. /li /ulh3Specification Market Development /h3ulliDevelop and execute a clear specification strategy targeting consultants, lighting designers, architects, and major end-users. /liliDrive Helvar early into project specifications (concept design stages). /liliCreate strong relationships with key influencers in the construction and refurbishment ecosystem. /liliPromote Helvar solutions (ActiveAhead, Imagine, Insights, Hybrid) in line with market needs, regulations, and trends (EPBD, energy efficiency). /liliDeliver effective presentations, technical workshops, and CPDs in Italian and English. /liliDevelop a healthy pipeline across all verticals (healthcare, education, hospitality, offices, logistics, museums, data centres). /liliWork closely with internal teams (product management, marketing, technical support, project services) to support major bids. /li /ulh3Brand Building Market Presence /h3ulliIncrease Helvar visibility and brand strength in Italy and Slovenia. /liliCoordinate with marketing on campaigns, events, trade fairs, local webinars, and social media activities. /liliRepresent Helvar at industry events and professional associations. /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ulliProvide structured market feedback on competition, pricing, technology trends, regulations, and customer needs. /liliContribute to regional strategy and annual sales planning. /liliEnsure Salesforce is used consistently for pipeline, account planning, and forecasting. /With a wide range of online learning opportunities and internal mobility, you'll have the tools and support to advance your career. /Our culture is built on trust, offering you autonomy in your role while promoting a healthy work-life balance and benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment. /Whether it's our products for customers or how we care for our team, wellbeing is our top priority.
