Talent Acquisition Coordinator – $27.00-$35.00 hourly DOE
Our client in Hebron KY is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

- Coordinating interviews and candidate scheduling
- Assisting with pre-screens and requisition management
- Communication across stakeholders/operational leaders
- Assist with pre-employment process coordination
- Initiating and tracking to see thru to completion, candidate onboarding/hiring/first day details
- Partnering with TA, hiring managers, and HRBPs to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Supporting hiring events and related coordination
- TA metrics or performance reporting
- TA-related projects, as requested.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Will be responsible for supporting all recruiting logistics
