Sales Consultant

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving sales and inspiring prospective members, with approximately 70% of time spent on phone-based sales within an office environment and 30% showcasing clubs and onboarding new members. The role involves achieving individual and team sales targets and providing a premium after-care service to new members. The position requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. The successful candidate will join a team focused on health and wellness and will act as an ambassador for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 70% of the role on phone-based sales, inspiring prospective members and communicating the company's values.
• Spend approximately 30% of the role showcasing and inspiring prospective members through the clubs.
• Achieve sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
• Onboard new members and ensure they receive a premium after-care service.
• Act as an ambassador for the business and promote its values to prospective members.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
