Test Systems Engineer

In this role you will support testing and validation activities for coffee machine Full Auto development, ensuring product performance, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards across the full development lifecycle, from prototype to industrialization. This role aims to build strong internal technical capability in testing and validation and support long-term growth of know-how within the team. Execution of functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems Definition and maintenance of test cases and validation protocols Analysis of test results and identification of defects and improvement opportunities Collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams Contribution to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and lab processes Technical background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or similar) Previous experience in testing, validation, production, or technical hands-on environments is a plus Basic understanding of testing principles and structured problem-solving approach Labview knowledge for litttle bench setup ( Would benefit us) Strong “hands-on” attitude and willingness to work in a practical engineering environment Good teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different functions Experience with coffee machines or small domestic appliances Exposure to testing labs or industrial environments Familiarity with basic measurement tools or testing equipment Performance-based Annual Incentive Program Hybrid working model, effectively combining working from the office and home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs From developing game-changing air fryers to perfecting the art of coffee making, Versuni’s purpose is turning houses into homes — and we’re calling on your talent to bring it to life.
