Italia Epassi Tempo pieno
Epassi is Europe’s leading digital employee benefits platform. We make employee benefits easy enough that people actually reach for them. A network of 100,000+ service providers
- gyms, restaurants, culture, transport, wellbeing and more
- wide enough to fit every lifestyle, not just the average one. And we actively work to turn passive benefit holders into engaged employees. 36 million employees, 50,000 employers, 100,000+ service providers. Local in nine markets, built on one platform. Epassi is a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe, founded in Finland in 2007. We were the first in Europe to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit solution. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and entering new markets
- today we operate across 9 European markets with over 1,100 people. We are going through a significant transformation: from a federation of country businesses to One Epassi , a unified operating model. This role sits at the heart of that shift, reporting to the Director, People Operations & Architecture. You keep contracts and records accurate, make sure people get paid on time, and give clear answers when they need them. For most employees, this is what good People support looks like.
