Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical department)
* Act as a Board Member (Managing Director) with full legal responsibility
* Ensure high service standards in the premium/luxury segment
* Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and onboarding
* Monitor costs, analyze performance, and optimize processes
* Collaborate closely with the Hotel Director and report on operational results###
Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a boutique/luxury hotel
* No legal restrictions to act as a Managing Director in Italy
* Proven experience in managing operational teams
* Strong command of English (B2/C1 level)
* Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends###
