Inventory/production planner

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner from the Coffee Industry La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy , and we are looking for an experienced Production Planner (m/f/d) to join our production team. Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio , covering coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging . To support our continued growth, we are specifically searching for a Production Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry who understands the complexity of planning industrial coffee production environments . Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules â€
¢ Align production planning with sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels â€
¢ Coordinate production capacity across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines â€
¢ Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization â€
¢ Ensure raw material availability and smooth production flow â€
¢ Work closely with production, procurement, logistics and quality teams â€
¢ Continuously improve production planning processes and efficiency Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in the coffee industry â€
¢ Experience with coffee roasting, coffee capsule production or coffee packaging operations â€
¢ Strong understanding of industrial coffee manufacturing processes â€
¢ Experience working with ERP or production planning systems â€
¢ Ability to coordinate complex multi-line production environments âš™ Industry experience in companies such as Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet’s, Vergnano or similar coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage. ✅ Position in a growing international coffee manufacturing group â€
