Machining Support Operator

About the Role
The primary function for the Machining Support Operator is to support machining operations by handling, positioning, and moving components for machine tools. You will report to the Metal Works Manager and be located at the Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, position, and align components on machine tools;

Perform deburring and edge‐breaking activities;

Protect components from damage, deformation, or deterioration;

Ensure traceability information is correctly applied;

Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter, Mechanical Assembler or Machine Operator;

Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am;

Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).

Salary
The gross base annual salary range for this position is estimated to be €29,100 to €37,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills.
