Software Engineer

At this time of rapid expansion, TXT e-Tech , a company belonging to the TXT Group, is seeking a Software Engineer for its Aerospace & Aviation Business Unit , who will join the Modelling & Simulation team.

The candidate, with at least 1 year’s experience, will be responsible for providing support to various clients in the field of training simulation within the aerospace, defence and transport sectors.

Main responsibilities :

• Development of Windows-only desktop applications in .NET C#;
• Bug fixing and software maintenance;
• Drafting of all documentation;
• Application testing.

Required technical skills :

• Good Knowledge of object-oriented programming;
• Good Knowledge of key software development patterns;
• Good Knowledge of the C# programming language;
• Basic knowledge of concurrent programming;
• Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP standard;
• Basic knowledge of relational databases;
• Knowledge of graphical frameworks such as WinForms;
• Knowledge of UI/UX development principles.

Knowledge of the ARINC 429 protocol is a PLUS.

Education : A diploma or degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
