TGR Haas F1 Team, based in Maranello, Italy, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support component development and race introduction. You will design and develop F1 car components and drive continuous improvement with a focus on performance. The role reports to the Deputy Head of Composite Design and requires strong collaboration with race operations, including travel to race events as needed.
