Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist in Naples, Italy to support the Naval Enterprise Network OCONUS as part of the SMIT program. The role focuses on incident management, request fulfilment, and data reporting using Remedy templates within a Follow the Sun model.
You will work with a team across continents to meet Navy SLAs, prepare ad hoc reports, and help drive continual service improvement while maintaining required DoD certifications and security standards.
