Facilities Maintenance Specialist

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the community’s interior and exterior areas. You will follow established guidelines to maintain, repair, and improve facilities while ensuring safety and efficiency across the grounds and buildings. You will perform painting, light carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing repairs, and respond to work orders with attention to detail and reliability.
