Product Owner

In this role, you will be the key driver in managing digital products and projects directly for our clients - ranging from building brand-new digital products from scratch to maintaining and scaling high-impact existing platforms. Acting as the crucial bridge between client stakeholders and our internal engineering teams, you will combine functional analysis, technical understanding, and project management skills to turn business objectives into high-quality digital solutions delivered on time and within budget.

Client Relationship & Product Strategy

• Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, leading regular alignment meetings to share roadmaps, timelines, project updates, progress reports (SAL), and risk/criticality management.

• Gather and translate client project requirements into clear, actionable Epics, User Stories, and Enabler Stories through accurate functional/technical analysis and estimations.

• Formulate and present tailored project proposals and estimations to clients, factoring in potential risks and strategic opportunity.

• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on client business value, strategic goals, and operational priorities.

Execution, Delivery & Financial Oversight

• Hold content authority over User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring internal teams fully understand the scope and business intent.

• Support internal development teams through active participation in Agile ceremonies to drive effective sprint execution.

• Oversee project delivery and financial performance, ensuring projects remain strictly within budget and monitoring expenditure against planned estimates.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, client feedback integration, change requests (CR), and incident management.

• Ensure operational stability and high performance for large-scale client products (used by millions of end-users), incorporating monitoring stacks, alarm management, and incident response/on-call readiness into delivery planning.

• Proactively suggest improvements to user flows and product features based on direct client usage and technical observations.

• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve task management, automate team workflows, and implement advanced/predictive delivery KPIs to optimize client reporting and project outcomes.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Foster continuous improvement and adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices within the internal cross-functional team.

• Build a collaborative, transparent, and challenging team environment through open and effective communication.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or IT Consultant, with proven experience managing client-facing projects.

• Strong track record of managing, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets and delivery timelines.

• Ability to translate complex client needs into clear technical and functional specifications.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and project delivery lifecycles.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in moderating discussions, aligning priorities, and presenting pragmatic solutions to clients.

• Practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on grounding strategic ideas into tangible outputs.

• Experience or familiarity with toolsets like Jira/Confluence is a plus, but adaptability and strong methodology are prioritized.
