We are looking for a Product Manager - AI Solutions Program. This role sits at the intersection of AI technology and large-scale engineering, helping a major OEM identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

- Engagement type: Long-term engagement via EOR (Employer of Record) or freelance
Responsibilities:
- Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value
- Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains, capturing benefits, resources, risks, and strategic alignment
- Capture prioritized projects in structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, launch criteria, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements
- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager
- Start up projects by engaging the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and key contributing teams
- Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains
- Act as primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress, escalating issues, and suggesting improvements
- Contribute to team strategy, planning, and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- History of successful projects in a leadership role
- Ability to engage diverse teams, understand their needs, and convert them into structured, xysqume quantitative documents
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to turn vague expectations into measurable success metrics
- Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level
- Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts
- Bonus: experience developing or using ML, AI, or data-driven solutions
- Bonus: degree in engineering, science, or business administration
- Bonus: experience influencing organizational change and working with global teams
