  • Command safe, compliant Boeing 737 operations across the Neos network, upholding the highest standards of safety and airmanship.
  • Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork and adherence to SOPs.
  • Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM reviews, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver a punctual, efficient, and customer-focused operation while maintaining cost and fuel efficiency.
  • Represent Neos professionally with passengers, ATC, and authorities at all times.

What you bring

  • Total time: 5,000+ hours
  • PIC time: 1,000+ hours
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required (B737 type-rated captains strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Languages: Italian proficiency minimum Level 6; English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background: No criminal record; able to meet airport/security clearance requirements
  • Travel rights: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.
