The Role

Integrated within the Compliance team, the candidate will play a key role in conducting due diligence on counterparties and monitoring regulatory compliance. Main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing sources and documentation for due diligence processes, reconstructing operational supply chains, and verifying compliance with AML and responsible sourcing regulations.
• Applying a logical approach to scenario evaluation, cross-referencing heterogeneous sources to determine risk levels.
• Managing operational interactions with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitoring regulatory developments (mining regulations, human rights, ESG, environmental policies) and supporting the update of internal processes.
• Organizing, archiving, and maintaining due diligence documentation to facilitate retrieval and review during internal and external audits.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and assist in defining corrective actions.

Who We Are Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Education: Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law, Languages for International Relations, or equivalent background.
• Compliance Knowledge: A strong interest in geopolitics, structured data analysis, international regulations, and compliance frameworks (anti-money laundering, responsible sourcing, ESG principles) is preferred. Candidates without prior experience in these areas are required to review our Impact Report to prepare for the selection process.
• Languages: Full fluency in Italian and English, along with good proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken), are mandatory requirements. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• IT Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools for document management and data analysis.

What We Offer

• Contract: Fixed-term contract with a structured path toward permanent employment.
• RAL: 25.000€ - 27.000€
• Hours: Full-time.
