Ability to understand and develop interior design and retail projects from brief to delivery, managing the tasks in total autonomy Quick grasp of project scope and proactive problem-solving, including concept conception, drawing and sketch development, utilizing updated representation programs, material research, moodboards, and all necessary project elements Coordination of internal design team and interaction with clients and suppliers Setting project timelines and priorities to ensure work process efficiency REQUIRED SKILLS
Diverse creative knowledge (photography, product design, strategy, architecture, interior design, graphics, etc.) Understanding of design processes Positive attitude with substantial experience in Interior Design and Furniture Integration of design and interior architecture, particularly in retail projects Demonstrated graphics and visual communication skills Practicality, determination, proactivity, and flexibility Excellent communication and relationship-building skills internally and externally Proficiency in modeling and rendering programs, with mastery of technical and graphic design Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent proficiency in 2D and 3D software (Autocad, Rhinoceros, 3dstudio max, Cinema 4D, ArchiCad/AutoCad), Adobe suite, and interdisciplinary program usage PREFERRED SKILLS
