The resource will support the team in the financial controlling of Group-Shared Services in order to ensure consistency, steering and monitoring of financial impact of shared servicesKey responsibilities of the role will include:Leading the analysis of Cost Center budgets of GHO, of Strategic Initiatives and of other Group Shared Services, with identification and analysis of variances between budget, actual spending and forecastPartnering with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to ensure full alignment of financial impacts of shared services, coordination of budget controls and financial reportingOverseeing and ensure proper cost reallocation and related communication to Group Business Units in compliance with the transfer price policies, defined framework and other internal policies and regulationsDriveing and maintaining financial best practices in accordance with group policies, regulation and defined frameworkOur ideal candidate will meet the following
requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessAt least 5 years previous xlwpduy experiences in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost Controlling.
