Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat Provide clear, accurate, and professional solutions Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with international colleagues to continuously improve service quality What Were Looking For: Native or fluent Italian speaker Good level of English for internal communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
