Job Purpose

As NRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Unilever Ice-Cream’s ambition to sell the right product to the right consumer in the right moment and at the right price.

Using market data, sales historical data and forecast, you will help Unilever Ice-Cream to decide the price strategy, promotional strategies and shop assortment.

You will work to unlock revenue portfolio and drive revenue growth using the levers of NRM (Portfolio, Mix Management, and Investment Management).

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Design tailor made NRM capability for top strategic channels, creating and rolling out the NRM playbook
  • Create category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price & pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions.
  • Identifying white-spaces, pack/ price opportunities, and building a channel-specific portfolio and power assortment.
  • Define current and future growth drivers that will shape retailer and UL Ice-Cream go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Bring measurable impact by spotting growth opportunities.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Before any experience you need to have the drive, drive to challenge the status quo and think beyond what you see.
  • Experience of at least 7-8 years in NRM and Key Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities a must; ability to translate data into compelling insights and actions (able to design and analyse NRM analytics).
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Curiosity: A customer centric mindset.
  • Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment.
  • Influencing and coaching skills – ability to work in cross-functional teams
