YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Market Supply Chain Manager, you act as the strategic link between the Business Unit and the regional Supply Chain organization, connecting commercial ambition with operational strategy to enable better, faster and more value-focused business decisions.
You are accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance in your market, delivering against service, inventory, cash and cost targets.
As a core member of the BU Leadership Team, you act as the voice of the market within the regional Supply Chain organization and as the voice of Supply Chain within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIESDrive supply chain performance to enable the business- Translate business priorities into a clear, executable and value-driven supply chain plan.
- Deliver against key performance metrics (service, inventory, cash and cost) and drive gap closure, managing trade-offs between service, cost and complexity.
- Co‑own operational execution and KPIs with the regional team (Center of Excellence - CoE), ensuring business plans are realistic, executable and value‑focused.
- Represent market priorities towards the regional team (CoE), ensuring regional solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver value.
- In partnership with regional team, Drive standardization, simplification and continuous improvement, while leading Supply Chain contributions to innovation and transformation.
- Establish S&OP as the core business decision‑making process, focused on prioritization, trade‑offs and action.
- Own and orchestrate a single aligned S&OP view across demand, supply, finance and business priorities.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders translates into clear decisions, commitments and execution.
- Drive forecast quality by integrating market insights, sell‑out data and customer intelligence.
- Bring a forward‑looking Supply Chain perspective, highlighting mid‑term constraints and opportunities and providing clear, value-driven recommendations.
- Act as a core member of the BU Leadership Team, shaping BU strategy and execution
- Bring forward supply chain‑led proposals and actively contribute to the business agenda
- Provide unbiased challenge to assumptions, forecasts and initiatives through clear, fact‑based trade‑offs
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, key customers and external partners to align priorities and deliver mutual value
- Embed Supply Chain into budget planning, innovation and annual customer planning, ensuring commercial commitments are feasible and value‑creating
- Build and develop a high‑performing team with strong functional expertise, business partnering mindset and leadership capability.
- Create clear ownership and accountability, enabling the team to deliver, grow and take ownership of operations.
- Develop talent and ensure robust succession and future readiness.
- Foster a culture of challenge, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain and S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Experience in forecasting, scenario planning and business performance management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- + 6 years Supply Chain experience, with proven success across more than one Supply Chain area such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics or S&OP, plus experience leading teams
- Good commercial understanding and financial acumen, with curiosity to develop.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
