In this role you design electrical systems for Life Sciences production plants within a global engineering environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, robust electrical designs for international clients. You’ll tackle sizing, protection, and infrastructure tasks, while coordinating with suppliers and remote execution centers.   • Design plant infrastructures such as Fire & Gas and access control systems
  • Prepare electrical drawings (MV/LV power distribution)
  • Specify equipment (MV switchgears, transformers, power centers, MCC, UPS)
  • Perform short-circuit, cable sizing, lighting, grounding and lightning calculations
  • Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to ensure project alignment
  • Coordinate 3rd parties and remote centers (e.g., India)
  • Evaluate electrical suppliers’ and contractors’ bids
  • Follow up on the electrical design with suppliers/contractors
  • Participate in FATs at suppliers’ premises
  • Support electrical construction and commissioning at client sites
  • Bachelor’s xysqume or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years’ experience in electrical design and multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong passion for Electrical technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Availability to work on assignment at clients’ or Wood’s sites/offices (mandatory)
