Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world
Responsibilities:
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with customs and international trade laws and regulations.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to import/export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions.
- Manage Licenses: Handle import and export licenses as needed.
- Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with international suppliers and customers.
- Resolve Issues: Efficiently address any problems related to delays, damage, or loss of goods.
- Documentation: Manage long-term supplier/vendor declarations and certificates of origin.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in International Trade.
- Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
- SAP: Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities
The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000.
