As AI Platform Engineer, you will help build and evolve TeamSystem's AI platform by developing core services, enabling scalable AI-powered products, and driving platform improvements. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business units to deliver reusable capabilities and guide architectural direction. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment that values innovation and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to impact AI adoption at scale within an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture.

- Develop core services of the AI Platform, including LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management
- Design and build platform capabilities to help product teams deploy and operate AI-powered applications at scale
- Evolve the platform based on user feedback, telemetry, and stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Units to enable next-generation AI products
- Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the platform's future direction
- 4–5+ years in platform, cloud, backend engineering, or similar roles
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with Python backend development (FastAPI)
- Interest in AI technologies and building scalable AI platforms
- Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
- Proficiency in English (B2)
