Developing cutting-edge optical modules based on integrated photonics will be your duty while working in a diverse, cross-functional team.

Design, simulate, and optimize photonic integrated circuits (PICs) and sensors for diverse applications across telecommunications, automotive, infrastructure, and avionics sectors.
Collaborate with the team to develop test plans and validate the performance of fabricated prototypes and products.
Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and compile comprehensive technical reports on completed test activities.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions and improvement opportunities.
Support intellectual property development by preparing and submitting patent applications.

PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
Proficiency with optical test and measurement instruments, including Optical Spectrum Analyzers, Optical Power Meters, Tunable Lasers, and Polarization Controllers.
Solid understanding of optical characterization techniques.
Experience in the design, fabrication, and testing of photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
Proficient in photonics design and simulation software such as Lumerical, RSoft, or VPIphotonics.
Knowledge of photonic component design, including waveguides, resonators, filters, and modulators.
Familiarity with the design and testing of optoelectronic devices, such as lasers and photodetectors.
