We are looking for a skilled professional to join a dynamic and qualified team working on strategic projects for clients in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Murex modules related to Integration, Reporting, and Market Data, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing Support junior consultants through coaching and knowledge transfer, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Quality Assurance & Documentation Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 5 years on Murex projects
Deep knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Integration, Reporting, Market Data
Good knowledge of financial products (derivatives, bonds, equity, ...)
Familiarity with tools such as MXML, Datamart, RTBS, MDRS, Market Data loaders
Experience in migration, upgrade and/or implementation projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Strong functional and technical analysis capabilities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have: Experience in cloud or DevOps environments
Nice to Have: Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python)
Nice to Have: Murex or ITIL certifications
Nice to Have: Knowledge of similar platform (Kondor, Calypso, Sophis, ...)

Location: Milan; Turin; Treviso; Bologna; Genoa; Pisa; Rome; Salerno; Naples; Bari; Cosenza (hybrid work model available)
