WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic help to customers across markets from Porto. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
This onsite role requires fluent Italian and English (C1). You will work 24/7 rotational shifts, support multiple markets, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Relocation support and a meal/food allowance are provided.
