Incentives and salary
- €1,000 signing bonus + €500 loyalty bonus
- €1,000 paid on contract signature, plus €500 after 6 months with us.
- €1,059.34 gross per month
- Training allowance: €18.56 gross/day (€92.80 gross/week)
Contract and benefits
- A real Portuguese contract
- 12-month fixed-term contract (permanent after 2 years), 22 days of annual leave, and Portuguese public holidays.
What you'll do
- Support customers of a UK digital bank by phone, chat, and email
- Resolve account and service enquiries clearly and handle complaints with empathy
- Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (8+ months can be considered)
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts
