Specialista Senior / Project Manager
Join Nestlé Purina on a greenfield Mantova site to design, coordinate, and commission factory utility distribution systems. You will work within a global organization focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, helping bring a new manufacturing facility online. You’ll partner with construction, engineering, and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable utility services that enable production. This role offers hands-on start-up experience in a high-automation environment with meaningful impact on product quality and site readiness.

- Design coordination and review of utility distribution networks to meet process/build requirements
- Provide construction support and coordinate installer activities, inspections, and punch-list management
- Develop and execute commissioning plans; coordinate testing and handover activities
- Ensure safety, environmental, and hygienic design compliance; support permit-to-work and contractor safety programs
- Verify installation quality and compliance with approved designs; monitor progress against milestones
- Ensure all utility systems are operational at start-up and handover
- Engineering degree with substantial practical engineering experience
- 5+ years in at least one Industrial Services discipline, preferably in food manufacturing
- Experience with large combustion systems (gas boilers) or ammonia plants and industrial refrigeration
- Experience with P&ID and utility systems (steam, condensate, compressed air, chilled water, process water, potable water, HVAC interfaces, natural gas)
- Experience with AHU, chillers, fire protection, water and steam generation, water treatment, BMS, and electrical equipment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and vendor/supplier management skills
