As Service Project Manager you will lead small, low-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, HSE, cost and schedule targets. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, manage risks, and drive contract close-out while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role sits within project/program management and offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing activities. You will help deliver safe, compliant projects on time, contributing to the company’s mission of reliable energy solutions.

- Plan projects per contractual scope and HSE requirements
- Monitor progress, resource use and scheduling
- Oversee project financials, invoicing, costs and cash flow
- Identify and manage risks; pursue opportunities
- Capture and share lessons learned
- Close out projects per contract; formal acceptance with customer
- Apply contract and claims management per policies
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services/materials/equipment
- Serve as key customer contact and escalation point for issues
- Define project plans with Project Controls (scope, finances, schedule, risk)
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Management)
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Excellent English and Italian
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- PMI/PMP certification is a plus (not mandatory)
