In this role you will act as the primary HR partner for Specialtrasfo, aligning people strategy with business goals and ABB standards. You’ll support end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, and lead change initiatives to foster continuous improvement. Located onsite at Specialtrasfo’s HQ in Agrate Brianza, you will build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness. Responsabilità
  • Act as the main HR partner for Specialtrasfo, enabling value creation for the business
  • Support end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention)
  • Partner with leaders to design people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Establish and govern HR policies and governance to align with ABB standards
  • Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Review and shape organizational structure per strategic direction
  • Drive HR projects (standardized rewards, bonus programs, time and absence management)
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, CBA, policies, and standards
  • Promote communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization
  • Represent HR within the business and maintain strong leadership/employee relationships
  • Coach leaders in talent management, development, performance, and organizational effectiveness
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 8+ years of HR experience with strong HR business partnering and process implementation
  • Proven ability to establish and strengthen HR practices with business leaders
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labor law, CBA, labor relations, and HR compliance
  • Experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Change Management
  • Strong strategic thinking, workforce planning, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
