We are looking for a professional to join the HR & Organization Department as an HR PMO.

Main Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of HR projects
Collaborate with different corporate functions in the management of cross-functional initiatives
Prepare analyses, reports and presentations to support management
Monitor KPIs and project progress, identifying potential areas for improvement
Support Compensation & Benefits activities and projects
Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones
Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
Manage the collection, analysis and synthesis of data required to support decision-making

Requirements

University degree in Engineering or Economics
3–5 years of experience in Project Management Office, Project Coordination or HR roles with strong exposure to projects
Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
