In this role you will shape pricing strategy for the division, blending market insights with value-driven models to protect profitability and market share. You will work within a hybrid setup and partner with Sales Excellence, M&S, and product teams to align pricing with global strategy. You will tackle international and key account pricing, transfer pricing governance, and capability building to scale pricing excellence across the organization. This position offers meaningful impact by supporting smarter pricing decisions and customer value in a global context.

- Support pricing for international and key account agreements ensuring consistency
- Promote pricing capability through knowledge sharing and capability building
- Market intelligence & data maintenance: gather and organize competitor pricing data
- Pricing model development: design models aligned with strategy and profitability
- Financial & margin analysis: analyze pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Transfer pricing governance: understand and apply internal processes for consistency
- Cross-border agreement support: assist pricing for international accounts
- Process optimization: improve pricing tools and systems for efficiency
