In this role you will work closely with operations and business development to optimize land logistics with service providers. You will help ensure providers perform at high levels, balancing capacity, quality, safety and cost. You’ll forecast, plan, and collaborate with partners to secure the right capacity at the right time. You will drive development plans, reviews, and new setups to improve efficiency and reliability while protecting stable operations. This opportunity lets you shape transport performance in a large, values-driven organization focused on sustainable, precise execution.
Responsabilità- Secure and continuously improve service provider performance across capacity, quality, safety, precision and cost
- Ensure the right capacity is available at the right time through forecasting, planning and close partner collaboration
- Drive operational development through service provider development plans, business reviews and new set-ups
- Manage deviations and unforeseen situations to protect stable operations at the lowest total cost
- Safeguard compliance and long-term efficiency by following up contracts, standards and improvement opportunities
- Has experience from logistics operations, transport, land service provider management in complex environments
- Understands how capacity, quality, safety, precision and cost come together in day-to-day land logistics execution
- Is comfortable working close to operations, analysing deviations and driving corrective actions with service providers
- Balances partnership and performance, holding others accountable while developing them over time
- Is motivated by continuous improvement and turning agreements into reliable operational results
