Deal Advisory Turnaround&Restructuring Senior Consultant | Roma

In this role you will help clients stabilize businesses through debt restructuring and financial advisory. You work with Italian and international clients on planning, analysis, and turnaround initiatives within a collaborative advisory team. You will shape strategies for distressed situations, M&A guidance, and value creation, contributing to a recognized, award-winning restructuring practice. • Analyze financial performance of target companies to identify the true financial position
• Build financial models and develop business plans
• Conduct independent reviews of business plans
• Perform commercial and operational due diligence
• Negotiate with main stakeholders (banks, investors)
• Engage in distressed M&A activities with industrial partners and funds
• Manage cash, drive turnarounds, and identify cost-cutting opportunities

• 2/3 years of restructuring, crisis management, and/or corporate finance experience
• Specialist degree in business with focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (finance)
• Excellent command of English, preferably with study/work abroad
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
