As a Senior Process Engineer in Wood’s Projects line, you will lead process design for power generation, utilities and offsites within complex chemical, petrochemical and energy projects. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver process deliverables that meet project standards and client needs, shaping optimized solutions for large-scale plants. You’ll engage in reviews, coordinate resources, and contribute to standardized tools, supporting Wood’s commitment to safe, efficient, and low-emission facilities. This role offers global exposure and hybrid work flexibility to balance client, team and personal development.

- Perform process calculations, simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs and data sheets per project standards
- Review and comment deliverables prepared by assigned Process Engineers
- Review documents from Licensors and Vendors
- Collaborate with other Engineering Disciplines to finalize process deliverables and ensure follow-up
- Attend project reviews (P&ID, Hazid, Hazop)
- Contribute to development of standardized tools and procedures
- Coordinate process team resources on the project
- Coordinate with Client personnel during project development
- MSc in Chemical Engineering
- 5-10 years of proven design experience in power generation, utilities and offsites
- Knowledge of process simulators
- Strong technical background in process engineering
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and adapt to project and company needs
